Vieser, a Finnish company specialising in design floor drains, will take part in the Stockholm Furniture and Light fair in Stockholm from 4th to 8th of February, at the Natural by Vieser booth C11:48.
The award-winning Natural by Vieser booth, presented at the Habitare fair last autumn, has grown and undergone a transformation – and is ready to make its debut in Stockholm. Linda Bergroth’s style is visible in the simple yet beautiful pavilion booth, where bright sunlight streams into a warm, minimalist Japanese-inspired bathroom space.
Natural by Vieser is clearly of this time, where a bathroom is not just somewhere to have a shower. It is also a place to relax and unwind. Today, thought is put into a bathroom’s decoration, from floor to ceiling, creating an ambience through its surfaces, materials and lighting. A new way of thinking allows room for creativity and a personal approach, which lets floor drain gratings play a new role in bathrooms and become a prominent design element.
Vieser’s booth features design floor drain gratings that sit beautifully with the Natural by Vieser theme. The booth will feature the floor drain grating materials Accoya (wood), and in the tiled grating, Dekton (sintered stone) and floor tiles suitable for bathrooms. Central to the products is the longevity and durability of the materials in daily use and their eco-friendliness.
Wood is experiencing a new renaissance in interior design. We are the first in the Nordic countries to introduce wood as a bathroom floor material that also meets specific HVAC demands. The products are made of genuine wood, manufactured fully sustainably, and treated with a natural product. The wood surface feels soft and warm underfoot which makes it a perfect fit for our products.An important theme is also first-class, meticulous design. The floor drain grating intended as a design element is designed to withstand the test of time and changing trends and styles.
The modularity of the drain gratings brings an added dimension: when making their selection, the only long-term commitment the customer makes is the shape of the grating. As long as the grating is the same shape, the customer can replace the visible part, i.e. the grating, with one of a different colour or material themselves – there is no need to change any other part of the drain – thus avoiding a costly renovation.
A press event will be organised at our booth C11:48 on Tuesday, 4 February, between 2 p.m. and 3 p.m. The Vieser team will be represented by Annika Jyllilä-Vertigans (CEO) and the designer of our design gratings, Saku Sysiö.
