Daily use requires a lot from a floor drain system. That is why only the top materials and components are used in the manufacture of Vieser floor drain products. The functionality and watertightness of the products have been proven in precise and demanding type-approval tests according to the relevant standard.

That is also the reason why Vieser offers a ten-year system guarantee on its floor drain products.

System guarantee in brief

The 10-year system guarantee covers the material, structural and manufacturing flaws of Vieser’s floor drain products. The Vieser floor drain system includes the drains, the floor-drain fittings and the covers.

The system guarantee is valid if the floor drain system and the drain cover or grating are from the same Vieser product family. Furthermore, type tests must show that the Vieser floor drain and waterproofing are compatible.

The system guarantee does not cover defects caused by installation, improper storage, neglected maintenance measures or use. The guarantee also does not cover normal wear and tear or indirect costs.

The system guarantee has no bearing on the stipulations of the Finnish Consumer Protection Act.
