Vieser, a Finnish company specialising in design floor drains, will be at Habitare with its Natural by Vieser theme, at the booth 6b58 in the AHEAD area.
At our simple and elegant pavilion booth designed by Linda Bergroth, bright daylight illuminates a warm, minimalist Japanese-inspired bathroom.
These days, a bathroom is not just somewhere to go and have a shower. It is also a place to relax and unwind. It embodies the resident’s style and is a reflection of their personality. Thought is put into its decoration, from ceiling to floor, creating an ambience through its surfaces, materials and lighting. Floor drains play a new role in bathrooms and are becoming a prominent design element.
Our Natural by Vieser collection is based on a natural aesthetic. The booth will feature the floor drain cover materials Accoya (wood), Dekton (sintered stone) and powder-coated stainless steel. Central to the products is the longevity and durability of the materials in daily use and their eco-friendliness.
Wood is experiencing a new renaissance in interior design. We are the first in Finland to introduce wood as a bathroom floor material that also meets specific HVAC demands. The products are made of genuine wood, manufactured fully sustainably, and treated with a natural product certified with the Nordic Swan ecolabel. Genuine wood feels soft and warm underfoot which makes it a perfect fit for our products.
The modularity of the drain covers adds a further dimension to their use: when making their selection, the only long-term commitment the customer makes is the shape of the cover. As long as the cover is the same shape, the customer can replace it with one of a different colour or material themselves.
Another important theme is the first-class, meticulous design. The floor drain cover intended as a design element is designed to withstand the test of time and changing trends and styles.
Vieser collaborates with two of Finland’s top designers, Saku Sysiö from Aivan and Arni Aromaa from Pentagon.
On Wednesday 11 September, from 1 pm to 3 pm, our booth will host an event featuring Annika Jyllilä-Vertigans from the Vieser team and Saku Sysiö, the designer of our Design covers. Come join us at our booth for some drinks and a closer look at our products.
