10-year system guarantee on Vieser’s floor drain products

Daily use requires a lot from a floor drain system. That is why only the top materials and components are used in the manufacture of Vieser products. Because the quality, durability and operational reliability of Vieser products are tried and tested, Vieser is now offering a ten-year system guarantee on its floor drain products.

10-year system guarantee

The system guarantee covers the material, structural and manufacturing flaws of our floor drain products, and it is valid if the floor drain system and the drain cover or grating are from the same Vieser product family. The system guarantee does not cover defects caused by installation or use. With respect to consumer-customers, Vieser is liable for the quality and durability of its products in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act.

“The efficacy and safety of our products are extremely important to our customers. Water is a good servant, but a poor master in a home’s indoor spaces. For example, the hazards of water damage are a major concern for many people. We want to offer our customers peace of mind and extra security in the form of a system guarantee. Along with a Vieser floor drain system, the customer gets not only a ten-year system guarantee, but also peace of mind,” Vieser’s CEO, Annika Jyllilä-Vertigans, sums up.

Finnish company Vieser offers unique design floor drain covers and high-quality floor drain solutions for the needs of construction professionals and interior designers and to inspire and delight homeowners. The products have been manufactured in Ostrobothnia, Finland, since 1973. More than six million Vieser floor drains have been installed, and Vieser has operations in Finland, Sweden, Norway and Estonia.
